Workshops available on the following topics provided via Zoom or in person at your location: Workshops are typically 3 hours in length and can be adjusted to the groups needs for shorter or longer periods of time.

GRIEF, WONDER AND HOPE -We live in a time of many losses. There are many things to grieve and many ways to hold the grief.

Attendees may be grieving a special person in their life, changes in their health, grieving a developmental stage that they have moved from - any losses can be brought to these workshops and we will hold our losses together. We will support each other through sharing of stories, music, art and movement of our bodies.

WHAT IS YOUR RELATIONSHIP TO PLAY - Play is an important part of childhood and often gets dropped as we become adults. The first question we will address is - When did you childhood end? - We will play together, explore our play together and share our experiences with each other to learn and grow around play.

Rhythm and Music for Regulation - We will spend our time together sharing ideas, and rhythmic activities that engage us with ourselves and our body rhythms and connect us with each other
